Arogyavardhini Vati is an Ayurvedic supplement in the form of a tablet that can improve your overall health and keeps you safe from many diseases. In Sanskrit “Arogya” means health and “vardhini” means improving. According to Charaka Samhita, Arogyavardhini Vati is a combination of Dashamula, Katuki, Yavakshara, Musta, Shunthi, Marica, Amalaki, and Haritaki. It has the ability to reduce the Pitta dosha, thus helpful in the management of hepatic disorders.

The vati is mainly composed of Shunthi (Zingiber officinale), Vidanga (Embelia ribes), Chavya (Piper retrofractum), Vacha (Acorus calamus), Chitrak (Plumbago zeylanica), Pippali (Piper longum), Marich (Piper nigrum), Ela (Elettaria cardamomum), Tejpatra (Cinnamomum tamala),Nagkesar (Mesua ferrea) etc.
